Great training ground to learn from a Generalist firm.

High-pressured, sometimes long hours as MSC always puts their clients first.

The office was nice and most of the coworkers were nice. The events were interesting and I enjoyed the Kaizens.

There was always a sense that there would be cuts if the partners or juniors weren't bringing in enough money or someone wasn't doing a good enough job and HR was snide and passive aggressive. There was a spoken culture and lived culture mismatch. A stated growth culture with a real cutthroat aspect beneath.
