3yHello! I’m sorry to read this feedback especially from a long-term employee. Our tenure reward program was revamped this year to provide generous gifts to long-term employees in a way that can be more easily managed so individuals aren’t missed. As we get bigger, these adjustments become necessary as our support (corporate) team is very small. Sales payplans are consistent within the store and raises aren’t a typical protocol in a sales environment.
If you would like to discuss the issues around process, job security, and transparency - I would look forward to your feedback and perhaps make things better for all our employees!
