Anyone who wants to make change or build something is invited to take the ball and run with it. This company rewards people who question the norms and try to make things better. Culture at the company is geared to working on assisting all customers and employees the same way. You feel valued.
Cons
Some standard growing pains that you find in any organization that is getting bigger, but the people here try to address them and make you feel like they hear and value your opinions. A lot happens quickly which can be overwhelming but you have to be willing to adapt.
