      Pros

      I can’t think of anything except the learning experience.

      Cons

      As many others said before, the entire company is toxic. The CEO is a psychopath with rapid mood swings. He is verbally abusive and feels no remorse in putting you down in front of others. The other managers are a joke and only do what the CEO commands to save their own reputation. Do not apply here even if the job offer says that they do not endorse glassdoor reviews!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

      It is very unfortunate that you felt the need to write this review. Morrocco Method supports all of it's valued employees. You can see from the note one of employees wrote below that not everyone feels that way. “For just over three years I have had the privilege of calling Morrocco Method more than just a job, but a family. I never could have imagined the ways in which I would have come to grow here thanks to the guidance of the CEO Mr. Morrocco. I owe him so much! “

      Pros

      Nice company to work with good benefits and hours. Management is friendly and understanding of their employees. I like the pace and how everything is organized. No time wasted so we get to finish our work on time.
