      Their products are cruelty free and natural.

      Cons

      Old school management that is very authoritative, limited communication, and no freedom. You have to ask permission for every little thing that you do. You can't voice out your opinions or talk directly to management without a valid reason.

      Pros

      Nice company to work with good benefits and hours. Management is friendly and understanding of their employees. I like the pace and how everything is organized. No time wasted so we get to finish our work on time.
