This is a UK based company, if you know you know.
They claim to be nice but talk down to everyone.
If you're not in office don't expect to know anything, decisions will be made without you and you'll just be left off meetings. If you have a thought keep it to yourself you're not allowed to at this company unless you're a favorite. Also unless you're in London you will not be promoted at all so get comfy in your position while you watch your London counter parts go from low level analyst to VP's in 1 year.
Everything is sent to offshore companies that is complained about relentlessly but nobody will change because of the cheap labor.
In my time there 3 people quit because they just couldn't take the behavior of these people.
