Nice office, good computers, free coffee and milk and some fruits + cookies on fridays.
Cons
Terrible control environment. You cannot use your mobile phone, you cannot use social media, you cannot shop/surf etc. Simply cannot take care of anything private without getting reprimanded. Managers spy everything you do, also all on-line activity and emails. If you do a small mistake, or are stuck in traffic in the morning and arrive late, you will hear of it. If you do not follow "company policy" which is a huge rulebook, you will get punished or let go. For example if you inform too late in the morning that you are ill, they will not pay for that sickness day. Bonus program they promise is in practise very bad and designed so that you will not really earn more than pennies. If you want to take time off you cannot do that same time as other people in your group, and managers pets book holidays first. Backstabbing is daily in the office and management uses "whipmetod" to lead. During almost a year there I heard only once my manager to say something positive of another person; usually just citics. You need to wear smart office clothing and if managers do not like it, you will notice it. If you critisise a manager for anything you are "marked". CRM is the worst I have seen; very complicated and you easily make a mistake, which again gives the manager a reason to verbally whip you. All activities around sales are made very complicated meaning that you use most of your time filling details toexcels, or documenting stuff. MD lets the office manager to do whatever she wants with personnel and people are not really feeling well at all; several people complain behind managers back. Having worked in several companies in same type of positions I would not have taken this position if I had known how it after a while felt every morning to go to work... Location is far from any public transport, thus you need a car to get there.
