      Staff team very friendly Ongoing training Generous staff discount

      Cons

      They have sadly chosen to discontinue their commission scheme which gave a really good incentive. When you have to manage 10 weddings a day, and customer's varying needs, it is a really nice reward to get commission for this.

      Lots of activities, learning and site visits.

      I wish the manager that I was under would have planned my internship better. At times I felt like there wasn’t much directive.
