Pros

The staff is very friendly. Everyone in pre-production and the warehouse will look out for you on your projects to ensure success.

Cons

Upper management is completely oblivious to how hard the staff works to keep the company running. Extreme nepotism in the workplace. They do not value how hard you work, they value and promote individuals who they personally like the most. Your offer letter will say that there is training but there is no training there. Everyone in the AM/PM department is for themselves and their accounts. Sure there may be upward mobility however that will come with a lot of politics. It is not about work ethic . Stay far away from this company if you value work ethic over clear nepotism. Also very high turnover and burnout. Everyone there is burnt out. The benefits are very mid ranged. you won't get a raise for over a year and as a project coordinator good luck getting a promotion you're going to work and work and work for the account manager to make all the money and STILL get no bonus or recognition for your efforts. oh yeah no diversity either.
