At Moss, we take feedback seriously, especially from colleagues who have spent more than a year with us. We are continuously working to improve our processes, leadership practices, and cross-market collaboration.
Over the past months, we have invested significantly in both our commercial organisation and our product infrastructure.
We have a solid tooling set up internally: Salesforce and Modjo to support our teams internationally.
While we are proud that Moss benefits from strong customer reviews, customer churn below 3%, and a growing Sales organisation—including several new team members joining recently in UK —we recognise that individual experiences can differ. Your feedback helps us reflect on where we can do better in communication, leadership consistency, and support across markets.
