Pros

Young and good people around, most of them just want to do their job.

Cons

Leadership doesn't have any idea about what they are doing. There was a layoff on September 2022, ceo said "I have the full responsibility about it" and nothing happened to him, then we had another lay off. Taking responsibility and accountability is not something like that! If you take the responsibility on the failure, you have to step down it's so simple. Product is not so bad but development is driven by time-to-market pressure. Instead of doing something right and once, they build whatever they think first then try to build on top of that. It's not sustainable. They have principals and values for development on confluence that no one cares.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you valued the diversity of the team, the flexibility of remote work, and the opportunity to participate in our stock option program. Creating an inclusive and flexible work environment is important to us. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced challenges with management and felt that the environment was stressful. We recognize that our fast-paced and goal-driven approach may not suit everyone, and we are continuously working to improve how we support our teams while maintaining our focus on growth and profitability. Regarding your concerns about the "hire and fire strategy," we want to emphasize that we take hiring decisions seriously and aim to build long-term relationships with our employees. We know that achieving a balance between high performance and a supportive culture can be difficult, and your feedback is a valuable reminder of the areas we need to improve. Thank you once again for sharing your perspective. We wish you all the best in your future career and appreciate your time and efforts during your tenure at Moss. Best regards, The Moss Team
