Cons
At first it looks like it comes from good intentions, but in reality it’s a typical case of a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Once you’ve seen how things really work there, you won’t forget it. They talk a lot about ethics and transparency, but in practice it’s mostly just words. There’s a clear space between what they say and what they actually do.
The overall way of working is quite toxic. What also surprised me is how some people who have completely bought it keep acting as if everything is totally fine, even when it is clear that it is not. The two people at the top set the tone, and they are exactly the kind of "leaders" to avoid.
Steer away if you value your sanity.
