      Free health insurance. The product sells itself.

      Cons

      -Absolutely no raises. -Absolutely no training. -Absolutely no set procedures. -Absolutely unstable environment, things change overnight (and not for the better). -Absolutely a revolving door, only a hand full seem committed longterm. Support has one person that bails out the entire department (we all kNow who it is).

      Remote, 9-5 work from home

      Cons

      -Lack of proper onboarding and training. -Micromanagement based on unclear expectations. -They just sent an updated version of my Income Tax Income Statement after their mistake during tax season about 4 months ago, and now I have to re-do my taxes already filed. Be aware
