Pros
Really great people whose success has come from truly caring about the customer. Lots of comradery among the work force Some innovative designs by talented people has allowed the company to be the leader among the smaller companies in the rugged tablet space. Work/Life balance is excellent and benefits are average to good for a privately held small company. Small company environment gives you an opportunity to learn about different areas. Small staff of experienced people are expected to wear many hats (in a good way).
Cons
Promotions are difficult as mid-upper level people have been there a long time so no room to grow. OEM business is very cyclical as such the company rides the tides of these cycles.
