Generally good work environment - Motion Designer MotionVFX Employee Review

The test assignment was challenging and interesting — a good opportunity to demonstrate one’s skills. At least the company responded and proceeded to the next stage.

The test task required over 5 hours to complete, and no one even reviewed or discussed it during the interview. The recruiter seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in actually getting to know the candidate. The interview was rushed, disorganized, and felt like a checkbox exercise. I was interrupted multiple times mid-sentence and not given space to fully present my experience or portfolio. When I expressed surprise about the 2–3 week wait for feedback, the recruiter became oddly enthusiastic — encouraging me to accept other offers, as if hoping I’d disappear and reduce their workload. Overall, a lack of professionalism and respect for the candidate’s time.
