With Motionlab what you put in you get out. You are given the freedom to get involved in areas of the business and projects that interest you allowing you to gain new skills and further your career. Good mix of clients from a range of sectors, there is always something new coming through and helps to stop you getting bored. Highly experienced team with lots of people to learn from. Sharing skills is actively encouraged. Great team of people to work with very friendly and relaxed atmosphere (most of the time), good work life balance with lots of social events.

The location can be a bit of a nightmare to get to and from at rush hour.

The agency is full of talented likeminded people who are driven by making a difference. Although the agency has a structural hierarchy (which is needed in business) each person is able to carve their own path to achieve their goals. Freedom to learn and create your own applications, code, campaigns etc is given which is a good benefit something my previous agencies haven’t given. I’ve quickly learned the grass isn’t always greener.

Not everyone is driven by making a difference so that was frustrating. Agency life isn’t a 9 to 5 job. Decision making can be a little slow too.
