      Pros

      Managers are really focused on employees' careers and are really trying to help in their development. In this company I always felt like a valuable employee and felt like I have support from them instead of pressure like in other places.

      Cons

      They have different projects and clients, so if you are unlucky you can end up in a project that is not very well organized or where the labor conditions are not so good (e.g. using VM to work or pushy supervisors). Also, benefits are average or below average.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
