This company started its Quality Centre in Noida then moved on to Faridabad. Since its inception, i worked for Motrex for more than 1 and half year. They started with good, experienced and talented peoples at higher level. Salary is paid on time. Good to start currier. Good for a girl who can do things what Manager wants
Cons
1. HR is hired from a primary school. 2. Do not expect any decency, good behaviour, coperation or litteraly anything from her. 3. She treat everybody similar as a Hitler in accounts department of a primary school. 4. Actualy this company has no Manager at all. 5. A senior engineer is acting as a Manager. 6. You have to become a good......., if you dont want to get fired. 7. You will get torchered if you try to become good employee intead of an...... 8. Dont expect any increament more that 500-1000Rs. 9. If you can loose your self respect, you may be promoted as TL but not on paper, only to undermine sincere employees.
