As a brother, I am advising you not to join this company. I'm requesting you to reconsider. I would give negative stars if I could, as the management is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you decide to join this company, you will definitely regret it after seeing how things work. The management cuts your salary without any valid reason, and they won't offer the support you need from senior staff. The IT culture here is non-existent, and the work environment is toxic. There is absolutely no work-life balance; they expect you to stay until your work is completed. Even if you finish your work by 7 p.m., they won’t let you leave. They will keep assigning new tasks at that time and push you to stay longer without any consideration. In terms of skill development, there’s almost no opportunity to grow your skills. You’ll be stuck in the same routine with no exposure to new technologies or challenges. As for salary, don’t expect promotions, salary hikes, or any form of recognition for your hard work. Team lunches or any kind of appreciation are non-existent. The company culture is the worst I have ever encountered in my entire career. The management treats employees like slaves, expecting long hours and blind obedience with no respect or empathy for personal lives. Work satisfaction is extremely low. When I was there with over three years of experience, if I completed a task well, I was always scolded rather than praised. I was told, "Don’t write it like that" instead of receiving constructive feedback or guidance. There’s no proper feedback mechanism to help employees improve; they only focus on criticism without offering solutions. Job security is a joke here. If you think you’re secure in your role, think again. They have a high turnover rate, and many employees are let go without any clear reason or warning. The company is constantly hiring and firing, creating an unstable environment. As a fresher or even as an experienced professional, you will never enjoy working at this company. Trust me, I am warning you: please don’t join. It is the nastiest and worst company I have ever encountered in my entire career. The stress and negativity here are overwhelming. You’ll feel drained both mentally and physically after working here. Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., but that’s just the bare minimum. If you're lucky, you’ll be allowed to leave at 9. But more often than not, they’ll keep you there until late (sometimes 11 p.m.) if you don’t specifically ask to leave. I have seen freshers who didn’t get any support or guidance from seniors. Instead, they were overburdened with work and left to figure it out on their own. This kind of environment is soul-crushing. I am speaking from my 200% experience — this is the worst company ever. I’ve worked at five different companies and have heard about the cultures of 50+ others, but this one stands out as the worst. The leadership is clueless, and they only care about profits at the expense of employees' well-being. I would rate this company 0/5 or even negative, but there’s no option for that on this website. You’re better off looking for opportunities elsewhere.
