      The most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for. Management in the US is pathetic. They have no idea what they are doing. The company is run like they are a Fortune 500 company and they are far from it

      - Work/personal life balance is decent - Most of the people are great and knowledgeable - Support from the coworkers

      Cons

      - Poor governance decisions - No project management - Human Ressources are hard to deal with - Pay is not competitive, even if the benefits are good
