Pros
It was a pleasure working alongside with some very passionate co-workers. People were the ones that created a good working environment and community to be in. Everyone got along very well and the departments worked with each other to get the job done. There were some great managers that made work a lot more enjoyable.
Cons
Teamwork is visible between the departments, however; it is not prevalent within marketing department itself. Poor management skills contributed to challenges and struggles with getting the projects done properly. Genuine acknowledgement of your work is hardly seen.
