All jobs are minimum wage except managerial ones. Middle management jobs are basically minimum wage jobs plus benefits. Since Mount Snow is the only "game" in town, they know that they can keep wages low and people will still work for them. Due to this, there is an abundance of disgruntled, minimum wage workers, who exert the minimum effort to complete their tasks. Therefore, the possibility to truly improve and grow this company, as a manager, is non-existent due to employees' lack of motivation.
