Truly toxic. Terrible management. Working with management and senior team members is like constantly walking on eggshells. Very political and unprofessional. Poor recruitment processes and most importantly selection: they will hire just about anyone. This means great employees are lost among lazy and disinterested colleagues. Management use the same methods towards everyone so quality team members find themselves overlooked, micromanaged, undervalued and mistreated by management. Inconsistent remote working policy. Role not as advertised. Poor benefits.
