Pros

-Daycare attendants are great, and love being with the dogs!
-It's easy to see that every one is in this industry because they genuinely care for the well being of animals, and it's easy to feel like you belong.
-Management is easy to talk to, and you don't feel like you're backed into a corner when something needs to be addressed.

Cons
Sometimes 12 hour shifts can be strenuous.
Sometimes clients can be hard to deal with.
Hard to see the clients you build a relationship with, lose a pet.
