Mountainside handled the pandemic as well as they could have, they ensured staff had hours and felt safe.
Cons
Favoritism rules here, if you are not the 'in crowd' you will be miserable. 6 doctors.. a lot of personalities to try to please and keep straight. training is not ideal if you are green to vet med. If you have a good foundation going in you will have an advantage. Cameras everywhere... a little daunting. They will be watching the cameras and the computers, but will hold staff reviews in a closet like space with no cameras .. so no record the review happened,
This hospital frowns on using Chewy , petmeds ect. they will purposely ignore faxes from "competitors" in order to get clients to use their pharmacy only.
