      Hybrid office 3 days home, 2 in office. Great training, plenty of leads. Wonderful culture.

      Lots of growth and change, need to be willing to adapt to work here.

      Pros

      Lots of snacks, lots of activities and fun environment

      Cons

      They don’t set realistic expectations for quotas which leads to a high turnover rate. It’s more of a call center to sell home security.
