      The children and group leaders

      Cons

      Ridiculously long hours, no logic behind rotas or schedules, no respect for staff or the clients. My experience has been tiring and I have felt undervalued and underappreciated every day. The company does not care about its staff wellbeing one bit.

      Pros

      I met the most incredible people, basically got paid to travel, and I developed a multitude of workplace skills in just two months.

      Cons

      can be a stressful environment when you're touring a large group of foreign students around a loud and chaotic city. but worth it!!! i recommend this job to anyone that is comfortable around people.

      Pros

      MLA provides a workbook to guide lesson planning, simplifying the preparation process. Once a set of lessons is developed, they can be adjusted and reused in subsequent sessions. Decent pay and free lunch.

      Can be difficult to motivate students
