Plenty of hours, local, room for growth.

Shifts could alternate from am to pm.

If you like sporadic work hours, sometimes 4am start times for a 2 hour work day, others 6am start time for a 2 hour ticket then wait around for 5+ hours to get another 2 hour ticket. You can work with all kinds of people that get away with everything if you work they’ll work you into the ground an only give you 20 hours a week not the 36-40 minimum they promise in the interview. Some supervisors/ pms will look out for you but it’s a business so everyone’s looking out for number one

You get to work with some of the worst for supervisors/ pms and if you report them nothing happens no suspension or anything. Easy work most days but they contract out a lot of the work and dispatch has some that will actually schedule you but there’s one that will screw you eveytime you turn around
