They have alot of Baltimore evening clients available. If you live anywhere else in MD, I would not recommend working here.
Cons
- Lack of professionalism, specifically when it comes communication. During my time at this company, I had difficulty receiving responses from HR, payroll, and the case coordinator. All of these departments took days to respond to me and did not even follow up with an apology. - I've worked with several companies over the years and this is the only one that never set up my payroll system, even after I requested reimbursement for their extensive training. - Sudden changes in upper management. One of the cofounders quit or was let go with no prior notice. Earlier in the afternoon she was active in teams and that evening we received an email from HR.
