Pros
Movella is an innovative high-tech company, which makes it a very dynamic environment. The company itself is developing rapidly, but it also provides room to develop to its employees. From my experience, new initiatives/ideas are appreciated. I love how management trusts me to do my job the way I see fit. The work atmosphere is quite informal and very pleasant, almost family like. The team is relatively young. Colleagues are very open, collaborative and approachable. People work hard, but there is also time for fun. The company organizes a lot of activities for its employees (from movie nights, to cooking workshops).
Cons
Since the company is developing rapidly, the working environment is constantly in motion. To me this is not a problem at all, but if you are looking for an environment where everything is set in stone, you might struggle a bit.
