In my experience, the volume of emotionally charged customer interactions was higher than expected. Some callers could be verbally aggressive, which made the work environment stressful. The job can be demanding from an emotional standpoint, and success in the role requires a high tolerance for difficult customer situations and frequent phone communication due to movinghelp providers not showing up or canceling services with customers after payment has been excepted. This may cause upset and disgruntled customers calling in heated, and in my experience 70 percent of the calls are upset customers
