      Pros

      Great design culture. Professional engagement of the design professions. The ability to provide clients with a clear and direct brand development for their company. They offered a broad range of services to meet the varying needs of their clients

      Cons

      Small competitive market. Limited high-value clients. Preconceived regional biases against the design profession made it more difficult to convey the value of services afforded to the client.
