      Nothing pros. Even they will hire fresher and expect high work from their.

      Cons

      Tension. Politics. You will need to beg for promotion or any tech change for chair for seat for documents literally anything. They will cut your salary for low hours better never extra salary for extra work. They will keep blame you for mistakes. Even if mistakes are not yours and never appreciate what you do right. They will torture you more in your notice period.

      It was very challenging yet exiting journey with Mplussoft as you will get chance to work in various domains and projects. The management is supportive. But make sure you follow commitments and do your work on time as needed
