Pros

You get to work with some dedicated people. Depending on your role you can be compensated well or not it's a toss up.

Cons

Unfortunately the downsides are plentiful. Long hours, which are seven days a week. They will work you until you are physically and mentally drained, and need to move on. There is an aggressive need for a union among the workers. Unlimited PTO which sounds like a good thing until you realize they are very judgemental of any time you take off. In reality it feels like it's just a way to not pay out your pto if they fire you or you leave. Misogyny is prevalent in the company. Hr has always been a tool to protect companies, but HR feels non existent while you are there, and if you have any complaints or suggestions around they will do their best to not get involved or have you solve the issue yourself. Interviews will take forever with long stretches of ghosting candidates, and will only provide muddled or very little details about processes or structure. I was explained that growth within my role would be very possible within a year, but once I had joined it felt like something that you would never be considered for unless you conform to the high school culture, and try to fit in with the people who actually hold sway. I've heard stories from others of my own manager speaking poorly about me behind my back. Many individuals couldn't even last longer than a year because of the work culture, and that's something that people applaude or try to champion. Diversity was never anything the company looks to expand upon and it's felt. The leadership at the company is invisible to employees, there is no one to rally behind or steer the ship, you don't ever know the direction of the company and basic things are hidden from employees unless your within an inner circle. So much so that gossip and rumors are the only thing you're left to mull about. My recommendation is to look else where that will value your talents and don't go for the name alone.
