Pros

- Free snacks and beverages while working - Salary is at industry standard or above - Excellent employee benefits package and share opportunities - Staff is as talented as they are kind - Flexible work schedules with a good work/life balance - Central San Diego location for commuters - The CEO has great character, which makes you feel like you work for a company you can actually believe in, unlike some greedy corporate cultures. He truly believes in making the best software products for the industry, and not just turning a quick buck for his own pocket. He makes working here feel more like honor and less like a "job." - Impressive client roster for your resume - Minimal micro-management - Overall fun environment with big prospects on the rise

Cons

- Could work on more general organization and accountability with communication and tasks - More set HR policies and practices down the road would be helpful for staff inquiries - As they expand, would be nice to have an office that reflects a more fun and creative setting - More feedback might be helpful to staff as it relates to performance and task assignments/overall improvements

Pros

Small team so everyone makes major impact, use of maching learning/AI, fast growing company, stock options and bonuses

Cons

Intense environment, demanding customers, typical startup stuff (not a lot of infrastructure/process)

Pros

The employees are passionate and intelligent. The technology is exciting - doesn't everyone want to be part of transforming an exploding industry estimated to add $15 trillion to the GDP? The company is stable and profitable - and growing!

Cons

Probably not the company for people that want to work for a "big company" and bureaucracy. The team is about 24 people now. If you want to work for a huge company and don't like an entrepreneurial company this wouldn't be for you.
