(1) Forced working extra days in a week. (2) No comp-off for working extra days. (3) No resources provided to employees for working. Even a laptop wasn't provided during Covid-induced work from home while they had a lot in office. (4) Some TLs (not all) report their mistakes as yours to higher authorities. (5) Abusive and non-professional behaviour by CEO. (6) Impractical timelines for tasks. Very less time and a lot of tasks is common. Company believes that if you get married today, tomorrow you must be in condition of giving birth to a baby. (7) Efforts aren't entertained. Flatterers are only entertained. (8) Under-delivery of all documents employees ask for. Even relieving documents of a lot of former employees aren't given to them, very few have received and even they got the documents after 1-2 months of leaving the organization.
