a) Tech stack is good and work under CTO is good

a) They are never true to their words b) Lack of transparency despite being a startup c) Treatment to employee is bad especially while they want to part ways is very bad d) At the end every employee is 'just a resource'. For a startup, this is very bad. e) No employee benefit apart from your regular salary f) All three founders are highly selfish. One is highly arrogant, suffers from superiority complex and never mixes with employees. Another one is also arrogant and persuasive in a negative sense. Never acknowledges or appreciates ideas from employees, neither encourages discussion and at the end only his ideas make through without dissent. Third founder is good to work with but doesn't stand up for employees. Shrewd in answers and never sticks to his words.
