• Layoffs are constantly disguised as “forced resignations,” so it looks like people are leaving on their own when in reality, they’ve been pushed out. A lot of employees have already been let go this way. • Top management is terrible — full of lies, manipulation, and blame-shifting. Instead of owning up to problems, they twist the narrative just to hide the fact that the company is falling apart. • They hire and fire people without any thought. It’s like they don’t even know what they want themselves, so they just play around with people’s careers. And they mask it by saying “that’s what start ups do”. • There’s no real direction — one week it’s one plan, the next week it’s something completely different. The company feels totally clueless about where it’s headed. • The work culture is toxic and lazy. If you’re not in someone’s “good books,” you’re sidelined no matter how much effort you put in. Promotions and recognition are based on favoritism, not actual performance. • Communication is a joke — decisions happen behind closed doors, employees are kept in the dark, and news (especially about layoffs) always comes at the last minute.
