At Mujin everyone shares the same goal. Working with passionate people sharing the same goal feels good and makes it easy to respect the others idea who is working on separate roles, cause at the end we all know we want to change the world. Especially the CTO and CEO’s are really passionate. They are so hyped sometimes their debates seems like if they are fighting with each other. lol However, you can easily see this is coming from trust and respect of each other. They seem to be good friends. Free lunch, Free snacks is great.
Cons
The company is growing fast so the surrounding situation changes dynamically every year, Personally, I enjoy these changes because you can feel our business is going forward, however if you prefer a stable environment, it is maybe not for you. The buffet style lunch is too great, you will gain weight.
