Pros

half day work day on Fridays

Cons

Over 10 people left in 2 months. Not fired, but left on their own terms. I cried most days driving there. What more do I need to say? But if you insist: 9 hour workdays Monday-Thursday, two 15-min breaks with a 30 min lunch break (most people eat at their desks), Everyone looks, acts and think the same so very closed-minded, judgemental people, smile in your face talk about you behind your back, cowardly management with no principals or care for people - will only do what is best for themselves, Very sneaky and untrustworthy people, This is not a self-less group, this is a selfish group who will chew you up and spit you out - if you let them Engineers are overworked. If you need a stepping stone just to get by go for it but make sure you have yourself an exit plan because it's not the most welcoming environment once you are in. Trust your gut. Better yet, run as fast as you can the opposite direction.
