There is very little positive to say about this experience, except for learning how not to run a company.

Unethical Leadership: The CEO is highly unprofessional, consistently failed to pay salaries, and displayed abusive and manipulative behavior. Toxic Culture: The work culture is toxic, with no regard for employee well-being or basic respect. No Management: There’s no effective management structure, leading to chaos, a lack of direction, and employees having to fend for themselves.
