2yWe give increases yearly based on performance, and all of our Customer Service Rep's have gotten increases, so this is a false claim. At the time of your termination our CSR department had been restructured due to covid, and workload was cut in half. With your excessive absences there was an additional workload in the department that may have added to the overwhelming workload and why the job was not a good fit for you. Our department works together very professionally and cohesively.
