I have no pros for this company.

Cons

This was a horrible place to work. Managers we're not nice to their employees and had their favorites. Staff is somewhat friendly but are two faced phony people. This place changes management so much. They don't care about you at all. The work load is overwhelming and they don't care that you are drowning. The pay is bad and no raises. I do not recommend anyone to work here. There is so much drama I felt like I was in high school.

We give increases yearly based on performance, and all of our Customer Service Rep's have gotten increases, so this is a false claim. At the time of your termination our CSR department had been restructured due to covid, and workload was cut in half. With your excessive absences there was an additional workload in the department that may have added to the overwhelming workload and why the job was not a good fit for you. Our department works together very professionally and cohesively.

Our lowest paid position in the company makes 2x PA minimum wage, plus several dollars over. Our t-shirts are provided to our employees, as well as a yearly Boot Reimbursement, you do not pay for their uniforms. Lastly, our PTO is accrued per pay period, and it equates to an amount of days over the course of the year. Most companies do not give all the days upfront. If there's any confusion about your uniforms, your PTO, or concerns with management, please come to the HR department! We are here to help you.
