Pros
Really friendly coworkers and a relaxed environment. It's great to be a full time remote employee. They pay for remote employees to fly into the office once a year. Lots of conference opportunities. Very supportive environment.
Cons
Not on the cutting edge of R&D. They don't have much interest in trying new innovations. No vertical growth for psychometricians or opportunities for raises.
