Pros

If you don't know abdomen, you definitely will after training, but the stress inst worth it.

Cons

The will ask you to leave your current job to train with them full time, they will have many others doing the same and at the end will only hire 1-2 people out of 4-6 people, the rest they will let go without caring. And if you had a full time job prior they will not care. If you have a job, and you are comfortable in it, please do not leave it for MMI. Trust me and if you do get hired, the protocol and the paperwork is not worth it. There is so much stress, its unbelievable. They need to realize they are as replaceable as "we" are.

Pros

Great work environment. Great mission. Everyone here tries to work as a team. Very busy environment- depend on clients who are Drs.,their patients and insurance companies to make the business work. Management is flexible with hours. Upper management will bend over backwards to ensure happiness of their employees. Technicians training is excellent: MMI offers a minimum of 2 weeks training for all technicians. MMI will also hire technicians out of school and help educate them on our protocol and machines.

Cons

Some technicians have a longer drive than others due to office location. Time off must be submitted 30 days in advance and needs approval. Technicians schedules can change last minute.
