Pros

Working here has been a game-changer for my professional growth and personal well-being. The level of autonomy I’m trusted with is exceptional - I'm empowered to make decisions, lead initiatives, and shape outcomes without micromanagement. It’s clear that leadership values both competence and trust. The benefits package is generous and thoughtfully designed, covering not just the basics but also the extras that make a real difference. From wellness support to flexible leave policies, it’s evident that employee care is a priority. Most importantly, the work-life balance is genuinely respected. I’m able to deliver high-impact work without sacrificing personal time or burning out-a rare and refreshing combination in today’s fast-paced environment. If you're looking for a place that values independence, supports your growth, and respects your time, this is it.

Cons

Slightly slow paced at times

Pros

Provides the opportunity to work with diverse cross-functional teams. This experience is very invaluable. I really like the aggressive business strategy and the way business goals were achieved even in difficult economical times in Africa. I love the company for this..inspiring Amazing people I worked with, also a few difficult ones but you should expect that in every work place

Cons

management kept changing causing projects to be abandoned or totally changed. Progress was VERY slow. Senior management was detached from product team and the team was positioned very poorly. it was as thought someone in mid-management started the product team to make their life easier. A very political setting; you had to roll with whoever had the power or your job....your entire team may be threatened. Things may have change now though..
