Good benefits package. Room to advance and grow. Excellent floor leadership. Excellent shift premiums. Overtime generally available but not mandatory.

Alot of the work is dependent on 1 particular customer. Things can slow down quickly. However, if you are willing to travel North into their other locations there is generally work available at other facilities.

Nice people on the floor.

Management literally doesn't care about you, and doesn't want to understand what you do.
