Pros
I love that at MultiTracks, we're a good mix of creatives and left-brainers. It's fun to be able to access both sides of my brain everyday, feel passionate about what I get to do, and work with a team that genuinely cares for each other and celebrates each other's wins. We are always dreaming big and putting our customers first!
Cons
A con is also a bit of a pro: I wear a lot of hats, which I like doing, but sometimes it stretches me thin as I want to be able to pour fully into a few aspects of the company.
