There are no pros here, both literally and figuratively.

Where to begin? This place is absolutely terrible. There is absolutely no training except what you might be able to pick up from co-workers. There are NO RAISES EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.! Of course top management is exempt from this rule. 10 years with no raise. At this point in time it would be foolish to quit and try to find another job. Just hang on till the economy improves. The corporate culture is nonexistent and the morale is in the gutter.
