      Pros

      One of the nicest facilities in the cities you can have access. Team wise, very good

      Cons

      The Aquatics Leadership is inconsistent and non-communicative. Priorities are misplaced or are generally not enforced in terms of what is expected of coordinators and their availability. The manager and supervisor are not “people” managers

      Pros

      The people who work there are great, as are most of the members.

      Cons

      Not the best pay. It's hourly pay, with strict hours from 8:30-5 or 8-4:30. They almost always cap you at 40 hours, they rarely approve overtime. Because of this, if you're working an event after 5 or early in the morning, you get to flex your time. So you might work 11:30am-8pm on an event day.
