      Genuinely brilliant company for flexibility.

      Cons

      Everyone paid under their value/worth. Targets impossible to reach so bonus is unheard of. Tight with cash - still consider themselves to be a startup after 20 years. And don't ever expect a thanks for your hard work.

      Thanks for the feedback. 2020 was, as you know, a tough year for targets and we were mindful that we needed to trim a few costs to get through Covid. But thank you for your efforts - sorry you didn't hear it enough at the time.

      The owner loves to boast that parents will “never miss a sports day”

      Cons

      In reality the company is filled with miserable employees (mostly women) who are burdened with the golden handcuffs of having the flexibility of working around childcare but hating your job.
